It’s certainly a valid point. Agile does make a real effort to involve the customer but too often the customer is relegated to a “feedback” role.

MongoDB: leave your SQL at home
It seems the real problem with SQL databases is that they’re too difficult to use. This is probably why the counter-movement is called “NoSQL”.

Thw wrong solution to the wrong problem just like the feed subscription fiasco. It seems there’s no reliable mechanism for adding user-specific behavior to a web page (that doesn’t raise privacy concerns and/or end up centralizing the data in one place).
