On The Value Of Fundamentals In Software Development
I’m not convinced that data structures and algorithms are the fundamentals. Are these really what differentiates good software projects from bad software projects?

How I Learned to Let My Workers Lead
Very interesting. What’s interesting is exposing everybody directly to customer feedback. Can’t imagine why so many managers “shield” their employees from feedback.

This is just wrong. The social web is not a distributed data problem. It is a distributed computing problem. Please note, social web developers, stop proposing these silly data harvesting and distribution schemes.
